The Capsule Kitchen Challenge

Happy New Year!  It is a good time of year to reflect on how your life has been going and what you want to do differently next year.   One of the things that we want to do is to get our diet back under control.  We haven’t been eating very well lately and we want to correct that.  But I hate diets.  So, when I heard about the Capsule Kitchen Challenge I got really excited.  Carrie was immediately on board.   The idea is simple.  You pick 33 food items and you eat only those 33 items for 3 months.   Easy.  Simple.   The idea is based on Project 333 and you can get more information by visiting their sites.   We are starting our challenge on Jan 2.  You can join anytime.   Our 33 food items are below!
