Simple Food

Man, I am loving the Project333 Food Challenge we are doing.  I know we are only 9 days in, but it’s made meal planning so much easier.   It’s so easy to stick to it and I’ve lost weight over the last week too.  Bonus.

For anyone out there that may think that it would be too restrictive to do, I’ve included a picture of my lunch today.  It was delicious, simple, and sophisticated.  You can start anytime, so give it a shot.
