Last night Carrie and I hung out with my aunt and uncle. We all had a late lunch, so for dinner we picked up some snacks, including some smoked salmon. I awoke this morning to discover that we still had some salmon left over. I personally think the right thing to do is to put that salmon on some bagels. Since I didn’t have any bagels in the house, I decided it was time to learn how to make them. I was surprise to discover how easy it is.
First, take some flour, water, salt, and yeast and combine them into a bowl. My yeast is a bit old, so I put it in the water first to verify that it would register.

Slice it, toast it, smear some cream cheese on them, and layer on some smoked salmon.
I must say, these are delicious.
